Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from DreamLoop Crafts. Since our items are handmade with love, we handle returns with care and transparency.

1. Standard Items

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return standard items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items unless they arrive defective or damaged.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, covering all shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
  • COD Orders: We will request bank details for a direct transfer. Cash refunds are not possible.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
