1. Processing Times

  • Standard Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Depending on the complexity, these take 5-10 days of crafting time before being dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

We believe in simple, transparent pricing.

  • Free Shipping: Valid for prepaid orders above ₹499 across India.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee applies for orders below ₹499.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An extra handling fee may apply to COD orders. We require an advance payment via a Razorpay payment link for secure COD processing.

3. Delivery Timelines

We partner with top-tier courier services like Shiprocket to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

  • Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days across most of India.
  • Metro Cities: Typically delivered within 3-4 business days.
  • Remote Areas: May take 7-10 business days for delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly from the Track Order section using your Order ID and billing email.
